Upon confirmation, most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from date of shipping (please be sure to allow additional time during the holiday season).

Return and Replacement Policy
We are committed to providing you with a product that you are happy with. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 10 days for a refund. If you feel that you need a replacement for a damaged product please email us. In the case of a return, postage fees are to be paid by the customer.
How to Order
Option #1 - Order via our SSL secure shopping cart (Credit Card/Check/Money Order) This is the recommended method for both credit card and check/money order payments. Just click on the "add to order" buttons next to the item(s) you would like to order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Our fully secure shopping cart system can process your credit card order as well as track and total orders on a printable order form for those paying via check or money order. If paying by check/money order, mail your payment to the address listed on our Contact Us page. When paying by check, your shipment will be delayed until the check has cleared our banking system. If at any time, you are experiencing any difficulties with our shopping cart, please let us know.
Option #2 - Email Orders Send an email to the email address on our Contact Us page with the items you would like to order and your shipping address, and indicate method of payment (do NOT include credit card information in the email). If paying by credit card, please include your phone number and we will contact you for your credit card information. We will provide your order total.
